The story of Michies Crossing

Twenty years ago, four boys went into the Otago high country. Only three returned. Six years later, one of the other boys disappeared. Now, a series of seemingly unconnected events convinces David Nairn he must revisit a sunny day in Central Otago he has tried not to think about for most of his life. His search for answers ends where he least expects.

Set against the backdrop of the building of the Clyde Dam in the early nineties, Michies Crossing tells a powerful coming of age story in an unfamiliar world.
